Children & Supervision

• Chaperones are required based on the tier. They must remain with children at all times and assist in behavior management.

• Children must stay with the group during all activities. Wandering is not allowed for safety reasons.

• If the minimum number of chaperones is not present at the start of the party, we reserve the right to reschedule the event.This reschedule will not be refundable as time, space, and materials are prepared in advance.
   

Animal Etiquette

• No chasing, yelling at, poking, grabbing, or rough handling of animals or humans.

• Listen to staff/volunteers and follow all animal safety instructions.

• Only interact with animals that are part of the scheduled programming.

 

Photography

• Group and personal photos are encouraged, but please ask before using flash, as it can startle animals.

 

Manners & Respect

• Treat staff, animals, other guests, and the facility with kindness and care.

• Disrespectful or aggressive behavior may result in early dismissal from the party without refund.

Liability

• We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, allergic reactions, or damage to personal property that may occur before, during, or after the event.

• All party attendees participate at their own risk.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for their children’s behavior at all times.

• A signed release of liability form is required for every child attending the event.

• If these terms are not accepted, we kindly ask that you refrain from booking.

Final Reminders:

• Please arrive 15 minutes early for setup and check-in.  

• Parties start and end on time out of respect for animal schedules and other events.

• Leave nothing behind! Help us stay clean and organized by packing up personal items before departure.
